WHAT DO WE HAVE?

ADAPTIVE TRAINING

We will make a training program to suit your abilities and needs. Do you want to be thinner, faster and stronger? Or do you have a specific task: to prepare for the beach season and proudly wear your favorite swimsuit? Let's do it!
Training will be adjusted based on your feedback and your dynamics.
2-3 training sessions a week at your home or at gym and in a month you will feel toned. Also an integration with the Health app will allow you to monitor your activity during the day!

NOT DIET, BUT BALANCE

Welps gives you an access to a lot of balanced meals, not for restrictions and diets. Healthy does mean tasty! We have a nutrition plan based on the recommendations of our experts. We use the most recent approaches in nutrition science.
Nutrition plans are prepared individually, taking into account your parameters, dietary restrictions and your chosen goal. You will have over 300 meals to choose from, all with simple recipes with already calculated calories.
You can add your favorite dishes to your shopping list so you don't have to spend time and money on extra food.

Our system takes into account how you train and your feedback, and then adapts the program so that your progress becomes more effective every day. The app is integrated with Apple Health, to keep track of your daily activity and even better fit your workout program!

The functionality of the application is available with subscription, you can try it 7 days free of charge when you subscribe for 3 months, you can also choose a subscription for 1 month and 1 year.
The subscription to Welps will be automatically renewed on the next billing date. You can turn off the automatic renewal 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged by iTunes, along with a subscription confirmation fee. You can turn off auto- renewal after purchase in your account settings.
