Lots of bug fixes, including:
* Fixed long UI delay on Mage’s Teleport
* Chests no longer spawn outside of endless mode
* High level endless mode lag is now greatly improved
* Rubies earned in endless mode are no longer lost when loading a saved game
* Archer Equipment now display correctly while playing
